DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS
If you receive a defective or damaged product, you must contact us within 30 days of receipt. To assess the situation, you will need to send images or videos that clearly show the problem. In these cases, we will resend the product at no additional cost.
LOST OR MISSING PACKAGES
If your order is lost during shipping, we will send a replacement at no extra charge.
If the loss occurs because the customer provided an incorrect address, refunds or additional free shipments will not be possible.
RETURNS DUE TO CHANGE OF MIND
We do not exchange products for incorrect size selection, wrong colour, or colours that do not fit as expected. We provide a size chart to assist customers before purchasing.
For logistical reasons, we do not accept returns if the customer changes their mind after receiving the product.
However, in compliance with applicable consumer protection laws in Europe and the UK, returns may be evaluated in exceptional cases if required by law.
If a return is approved for reasons other than manufacturing defects or shipping errors, return costs may not be refundable.
RETURN PROCESS
If your return is approved, detailed instructions will be provided for returning the product. If the return is due to a manufacturing defect or a shipping error, there will be no additional costs for the customer.
Refund Timeframe:
Once the product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 7 to 10 business days, using the same payment method used for the purchase.
